We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
First:
-There are a few chips and losses of glaze around the mouth rim.
-There are some losses of glaze to the exterior of the galleried rim and the area where it joins the neck.
-There are some frits to the exterior.
-There is a chip to the shoulder.
-There are a few chips to the base with the associated loss to the glaze.

Second:
-There are four hairline cracks, extending from the mouth rim to the interior.
-There are areas of touch-up to the mouth rim, one flower on the body and to the foot above the rim.
-There is a firing crack to the edge of one lappet on the neck.
-There are some glaze flakes to the area where the neck joins the body.
-There is a small minor glaze gap to the shoulder.
-There is wear and losses to the glaze on the relief decoration.
-There are a few minute chips to the foot rim.
-"24.310" and "295a" and "A7603" have been inscribed on the base.
