Overall with minor surface wear and scratches; the mouth rim of the jar with an approx. 4 in. long crescent-shaped section broken in three pieces and repaired and with an associated restuck triangular chip, and a T-shaped glaze line at its furthest point; the opposite side with a glaze line issuing from the rim and extending vertically the length of the short neck; the cover with a small rim chip and its flange with a crescent-shaped firing imperfection in the making, but the section does not appear to be restored or broken.
