The watch is in good condition with normal signs of wear throughout and has developed a light patina. The case number is visible to the case back and the hallmark crisp to the back of the lug at 5 o’clock. The inside case back has watchmaker’s marks. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. There is a very light spotting to the dial and a scratch between the 6 and 7 o’clock hour markers. The base of the hands has developed a light patina. The buckle has developed a strong patina and has a loss of plating. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
