The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The case has light scratches throughout. The case and lugs appear to have been lightly polished. The lug at 7 o'clock has a small indentation to it. The hallmark to the side of the case is only lightly visible. The back of the lugs have few scratches and a light patina. The case back has scratches and an engraving that reads, "Souvenir De Tes Vingt Ans Tes Parents." The inside of the case back has watchmaker's marks. The dial appears to have been cleaned. There are some scratches around the outer edge of the dial, especially near the 12 o'clock hour marker. There is some paint loss to the dial at the '160' on the outer track. The hands have all developed patina. The chronograph is working at the time of cataloguing. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
