The case is in good condition with very light signs of wear and has been lightly polished. The numbers are visible between the lugs. The back of the lugs have scratches from the spring bars. The hallmark is visible to the back of the lug at 5 o'clock. There is evidence of the bracelet between the lugs and the case back is in good condition. The inside case back is stamped '1803' and has watchmaker's marks. The dial and hands are in good condition and appear to be original. The dial has developed a light patina throughout. The luminous material at the hour markers has darkened with age and some markers have slightly deteriorated. The hour markers, hands, and coronet have developed a light patina. The lume in the hands has darkened with age. The bracelet shows normal signs of wear, commensurate with its age. The clasp has been lightly polished. The bracelet is marked '3,62,' and is correct for the watch. The day and date change as the hands pass midnight. The movement is in working order at the time of cataloging, consistent with the age of the watch. The movement has not been tested for accuracy. A service is recommended given the age of the watch.
