The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
The case is in good condition and full. It has been lightly polished. The numbers are visible between the lugs. The backs of the lugs have light scratches from the spring bars. The case back has light scratches and small nicks. The inside case back is stamped '6239' and has watchmaker's marks. The crown and bezel are in good condition. The top pusher appears to be a replacement. The dial is in good condition with slight signs of age. The dial appears to be earlier than the case. The lume plots have mostly deteriorated at 1, 3, 5, 6, 7, 9, and 10. All lume plots have aged to a darker yellow color. There are light scratches in the sub-registers. The hour, minute, and chronograph hands are later service replacements. The sub-register hands have developed a patina. The crystal is a replacement. The movement is not working at the time of cataloguing. A full service is required.
