The OMEGA Seamaster 300 was introduced in 1948. The original version is very similar to the presently offered watch, but there were several differences that were made in 1964. The case size was upped from 39mm to 42mm. Also, luminous sword hands were introduced. And lastly, there was the introduction of a model with a date. This model, reference 166.024, is the watch we have here. It is in great condition with all original bezel and dial. The luminous material has aged to a light green and adds a ton of vintage charm to it.
