The sheet is hinged periodically at the edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. The edges of the sheet are deckled. Artist's pinholes are to the corner-tips, and one is to the center upper edge. Fine cracks and pinpoint losses are infrequently to the edges. Visible upon close inspection, drying cracks are occasional. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
