The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With some light surface wear, scattered fritting, and minor chips, mainly to the high points. Please see below for further condition and dimensions.

3¹⁄₄ in. (8.3 cm.) high, 7⁵⁄₈ in. (19.3 cm.) long, 6 in. (15.2 cm.) wide, the grape-form box
- Some minor chips to the edges of the leaf; Pierced to either side of the grapes through the leaf, in the making; The inside of the cover with an old auction label.

2³⁄₄ in. (7 cm.) high, 5 in. (12.6 cm.) long, 4³⁄₈ in. (11.1 cm.) wide, the model of an apple
- With losses to the tip and the upper edge of the upper most leaf on the left side; The upper two leaves and upper back previously off in two pieces, now re-attached, the cracks only visible on the reverse.

3¹⁄₈ in. (7.9 cm.) high, 4¹⁄₈ in. (10.5 cm.) diameter, the apple-form box
- The cover previously broken in six pieces, now restored with cracks still visible and some associated minor losses as well as paper backing to the interior; With a printed Ann and Gordon Getty Collection label inscribed 1997-100 in black ink to the inside of the cover.

- Lacking a leaf to the right, as well the tips to the rest of the leaves; With a printed Ann and Gordon Getty Collection label inscribed 1997-100 in black ink to the underside.
