The sheet is hinged intermittently along the upper and side edges to the backing board and undulates slightly. Pinholes are intermittently, presumably a vestige of the artist's working process. Small disruptions and cuts are along the edges, in keeping with the artist's working practice. There is no apparent inpainting under ultraviolet light.
