The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board. The upper and left edges of the sheet are deckled. A pinpoint accretion is near the center upper edge, visible underneath the mat; a few are to the lower left corner; and one is near the center lower edge. A few pinpoint spots of disturbed fibers are to the edges of the painted image, presumably a vestige of the artist's process. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
