The sheet is hinged at the upper corners to the backing board. The edges of the sheet are deckled. Pinholes are to the corners, presumably a vestige of the artist's process. A minute abrasion with a pinpoint associated loss is above and left of center, presumably a vestige of the artist's process. Several pinpoint losses are visible occasionally, presumably in keeping with the artist's working method. There is no apparent inpainting visible under ultraviolet light.
