The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall condition is good with minor areas of surface wear to extremities commensurate with handling. The set has later undergone restoration with surfaces refinished, the upholstery replaced and the webbing replaced, the latter noticeable only from the underside of each chair. Previous generations of upholstery nail holes visible to the undersides. Overall, a very nice period set, simpatetically restored at later stage, ready for immediate use and display.
