The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good overall condition.
There are the inevitable minor dents, marks, scratches, shrinkage cracks and rubbing consistent with age and use.
Lacquer : there are some very minor losses.
Dents and minor cracks to the feet especially to the right front one which has been restored.
Gilding : with minor signs of tarnishing.
Structure : feet and drawer are from 18th Century, the rest is later
Bronzes: Chutes and handle are 18th Century elements; the mounts of the finial of the feet are 19th Century elements
