The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Oil and pen and ink on canvas. Glue lined. Varnished. The edges of the canvas have been trimmed. Artist's tack holes at the centre upper edge. Surface dirt and a few pinpoint surface accretions. Some slight undulation of the canvas. Examined under ultraviolet light: no apparent retouching. Subject to the foregoing it is in our opinion that this works appears in good condition.
