The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Each comes with a plaster sphinx - a recent associated element. The frames do have age as there are losses to the painted surface with some re-touching and filler revealing the base surface, backs also have some age The mirror plates are probably later but have old marks etc. The white paint is tired in places. One sphinx has a broken paw.
