Overall in sound, decorative condition. As stated, several of the feet off but retained, and can be reattached. Please note Christie's does not guarantee the working order, and suggest the help of a professional restorer. The ormolu with tarnish, oxidation, some rubbing and areas of verdigris. With a light layer of surface dirt, particularly to the interior of the cage and on the surface of the birds feathers, and would benefit from a gentle cleaning or dusting. Several rungs of the cage bent out of straight. The bird perched on the stand lacking one glass eye. Some of the leaves lacking to the climbing ivy. Some of the birds' feathers lacking and some with broken off bits, but retain bright colors and present well. The porcelain with very minor surface wear.
