The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall in good condition. The ormolu with typical rubbing, light oxidation and tarnish, and some small areas of verdigris, as to be expected with age. With some minor scattered surface nicks, faint marks and light scratches. The interior of the cache-pots with further oxidation and verdigris, consistent with age and use. One porcelain well in generally good condition, with some light scratches and typical fine craquelure and glaze lines all over. The other previously broken and heavily restored, now of a slightly darker color. Present well together.
