The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The pedestal: 31¹⁄₂ in. (80.5 cm.) high, 25³⁄₄ in. (65.5 cm.) wide, 26 in. (66.5 cm.) deep

With a clean, complete well-maintained appearance, structurally sound and ready to use. Occasional age and construction cracks, mainly to vertical joins. Overall with general marks, nicks, surface scratches, tiny losses and repairs consistent with age and use, as well as occasional minor scratches and losses to the painting and gilding, most prominently at the edges of the pedestal. The top of the pedestal with some minor shrinkage, exposing a small amount of the edges of the sides. Overall good condition, ready to place.
