The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

With the inevitable chips, marks, and cracks consistent with age and use.
One side to the gallery loose and currently detached but easily fixed.
The left side of gallery replaced. Shrinkage split to rear of top. Left cupboard door with small shrinkage crack, further minor shrinkage cracks to the sides. The right hand door with one replaced bead moulding. The drop handle replaced. Left door bolt replaced. Later glue blocking to interior of cupboard the pull out commode section now fixed and converted to a drawer. The drawer handle replaced. Shrinkage splits to left right and rear panels. The top with some marks and rings commensurate with age and use.
As stated in the cataloguing the commode drawer has been adapted; a frieze drawer has been created and the front sliding mechanism has been fixed to the commode.
Structurally sound and ready to place.
