On four leaf-capped bun feet, the openwork square shaped base with a cartouche on each side, one applied with cast shield with a later engraved crest, another with an engraved crest and motto and two cast and chased with agricultural motifs, the stem modelled as a ribbon-tied wheat sheaf, applied with beans and clover, the gothic style upper part applied with four detachable arms, and with four cast seated figures emblematic of Peace, Commerce, Plenty and Agriculture, all capped with a later detachable cupola, fully marked, the cupola unmarked
