Le tableau est sur sa toile d'origine. La toile est suffisamment tendue et reste stable. Le tableau présente bien à la lumière naturelle. Il y a quelques retouches dans les carnations et dans le fond en haut à gauche qui ont légèrement viré avec le temps.
L'examen sous lumière UV confirme ce qui précède. Il y a d'autres retouches éparses. L'ensemble est recouvert d'un vernis légèrement hétérogène. La matière reste stable.
Dans un cadre en bois doré du XXe siècle (approx. 125 x 105 x 5 cm).

The canvas is unlined, it is held under sufficient tension and remains stable.
The painting presents well in natural light. There is some retouching in the flesh tones and the background at upper left that has slightly discoloured with age.
Examination under UV light confirms the above. There is some further scattered retouching. The whole is under a slightly uneven varnish. The paint remains stable.
In a 20th century giltwood frame (approx. 125 x 105 x 5 cm).
