The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The group:
The group is cast in several pieces : head, legs and tail of the horse, Louis the 14th's arms and legs.
Due to the construction, some pluged in construction holes are visible.
Restorations to the horse's legs.
There are some minor holes to the cast including to Louis the 14th's hair and the horse tail.
The proper left leg of the King and the tail of the horse are slightly loose.
As stated in the catalogue, the sword is missing.
The base:
The base is19th century and associated.
Good restored condition. Some old woodworm traces.
The brass and tortoiseshell marquetry is sighlty flacking, on the panel under the tail.
