There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
As stated in the catalogue, the cream lacquer is later.
There are some losses to the lacquer, revealing the former lacquer, the white gesso and the bare wood underneath.
The cover is worn, especially to the arm cuffs and to the cushion.
The structure has been reinforced with wooden blocks.
There are some very minor cracks to the wood, as expected.
There are some traces of restoration to both back feet.
