There are the inevitable dents, marks, scratches and shrinkage cracks consistent with age and use.
As stated in the catalogue, there are some losses to the gilding, revealing the white gesso, the red bole and the bare wood underneath.
There is an vertical crack to the back rail of the bed, as visible on the website picture (3/4), but the structure is stable.
There are some very minor losses to the carving, with some minor cracks throughout.
The fabric in very good condition, with the inevitable tears and wear.
