With clean, complete, well-maintained appearance, fine quality casting and chasing, retains its original mercury gilding. The marble overall with some minor chips, the largest beneath the proper right leg of the figure of Cupid, another above the drum of the clock at the proper left rear side. Possibly lacking an applied element to the lowest plinth of the column, as suggested by two vacant drill-holes. The dial re-enameled, with a slight yellow tinge. The marble would benefit from some cleaning. The bell and pendulum replaced.
