Overall in good, decorative condition and ready to place. The enamel with scattered fritting from the making, some light surface wear and minor scuffs and scratches. With some further small nicks and losses to the enamel, including to the black ground, and to the foot of one of the birds, not extensive. The gilt metal with typical rubbing, tarnish, oxidation and some verdigris. The removable liner with some further wear, with rubbing and losses to the gilding, not visible when placed. Present well.
