The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The marble with natural inclusions. Overall with scattered nicks, 'nibbles', losses and restorations. The surface with some discoloration and a slight loss of definition to the carved elements in some areas, likely a result of exposure to the elements; with general wear and minor abrasions, consistent with age and use. Disassembled into six pieces. Each of the legs with repaired cracks and breaks, now with associated infilled plaster repair and some minor losses. The circular top with some further losses to the beading around the outer edge and to molding. The top with a repaired U-shaped crack at one end, and another surface crack from center to edge, now with infilled restoration. With some plaster to the underside of the table top, not visible when placed. The base with further surface wear, minor discoloration, and losses around the edges.
