The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall with some minor wear consistent with age and use, both the body and the stand wobble slightly on a flat surface, as noted the engravings later, the surface of the stand very slightly thin, with a few tiny pin dents to the surface, as noted the liner also later, with some wear to the gilding, generally good condition.
