The arms are those of Guest impaling Grosvenor for Thomas Merthyr Guest (1838-1904) of Inward House, Somerset, and his wife Lady Theodora Grosvenor, daughter of Richard Grosvenor, 2nd Marquess of Westminster, whom he married in 1877.
