The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In overall good condition.
With the inevitable chips, marks and scratches consistent with age and use.
Some cracks to the veneers throughout.
Some light lifting to the veneers to the top, consistent with age and use.
Some fading to the colours of the timber, particularly to the green-stained areas.
Some small areas of infill repair to the veneers.
A patched repair to the front right corner
The leather writing surface with some minor wear.
The surface to the amaranth with some white flecks.
