Marks clear; with later French control mark (bigorne) Light wear to gilding on underside of basin, possibly later regilding. Some very light scratching. The ewer leaning very slightly; solder repair to the upper terminal of the handle. Reinforcement disk fixed in the centre of the base of the bowl. Could not unscrew the bowl from the foot. The base plaque engraved with number possibly later. Very small nicks on ridges.
