The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Marks clear, one with lion passant lacking on underside; one nozzle with very worn lion passant; three with lion passant and maker's mark slightly worn. Engraving clear.
Some light scratching and pitting consistent with age and use. One with some light bubbling visible on the base from solder restoration to the underside of the gadrooned border and at one corner (electrified at one point).
The one dated 1761 with some excess soldering underneath the gadrooned rim on base not visible on the upper side and some bubbling on the central part of the stem and on socket.
The nozzles with some scratching in the wells, the sleeves with some nicks and scratching. Corners of rim slightly worn, one corner slightly pushed down.
Good gauge.
