The coffee pot, bulbous with narrow upper section, on a tapering circular foot, champlevé enamelled overall in blue, white and red geometric motifs, with a Russian saying 'Coffee is an enchanter, drink it with care', the hinged cover with urn-shaped finial, with a shaped handle and long narrow spout, interior gilt, engraved under the base with 'GCM / 1891', marked throughout; the glass holders cloisonné enamelled overall with varicolour foliate motifs, each centering a Cyrillic monogram 'VF', with angular handles decorated similarly, all within wirework borders, marked under base with 'Lyubavin' in Cyrillic
