The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall with some very minor scuffs and scratches consistent with age and use, the teapot, coffee pot, kettle on lamp stand, and hot milk jug all with replaced composite insulators, the finial of the teapot very slightly pushed into the cover but not split, the spirit burner for the kettle on lamp stand lacking a cover, the tray with some minor wear to the silver-plate revealing base metal underneath along with some further scuffs to the surface, overall good condition.
