The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Presents well as a group. Each with oxidation, rubbing, scattered pitting and losses to decoration, revealing base metal in some areas, as to be expected with age and use. Some with some areas of redecoration. Some parts slightly bent out of shape but all stable. With some slight build up of dirt within the crevices.

The pierced basket with handle 8 in. high, 13¹⁄₂ in. wide, 8¹⁄₂ in. deep
The foot slightly out of round and wobbles slightly. With some refreshment to the decoration along the seams.

The circular tray 1³⁄₈ in. high, 6¹⁄₄ in. diameter
Slightly out of round, but presents well.

The circular box and hinged cover 3¹⁄₄ in. high, 5 in. diameter
The interior of lid with painted inscription 'RHLn / NNiiC4'. The front of the box with some slight adhesive residue.

The rectangular box and hinged cover 3¹⁄₄ in. high, 5⁵⁄₈ in. wide, 4¹⁄₄ in. deep

The hot water pot 11 in. high 6³⁄₄ in. wide, 4¹⁄₂ in. diameter, the mouth
The decoration on the water pit refreshed, with a heftier hand than the other pieces. Lacking a lid. The triangular base slightly out of shape but stable.

The oval trays 12¹⁄₄ in. wide, 9¹⁄₂ in. deep
The trays with some oxidation and rubbing to the decoration.

The lozenge form trays 9⁵⁄₈ in. wide, 3³⁄₄ in. deep
The underside of one tray with painted inscription 'WZ?WIFI? / No.1407'.

The lozenge form box and cover 4³⁄₈ in. high, 5¹⁄₂ in. wide, 3 in. deep
The interior of the lid with painted inscription 'ASIWD / ?N164.' The box with lock, no longer with key. The lid formerly hinged and now detached. The lid not fully flush on the rim, but secure and presents well.

The lidded box on stand 5¹⁄₂ in. high, 8¹⁄₄ in. wide, 6 in. deep
The feet off and reattached. The fixed stand and removable lid slightly bent out of round.

The candlesticks 7¹⁄₄ in. high, 3¹⁄₄ in. square
The removable candlecups bent out of round. The rounded bottom of one candlestick bent in slightly, but stable. With some slight wax residue.

The round wine coaster 1⁷⁄₈ in. high, 6¹⁄₄ in. wide, over handles
With metal ring and lion-form drop ring handles. The metal with light rubbing and oxidation. the drop ring handles slightly out of round. The metal rim slightly out of round and loose, but secure.

The pair of wooden wine coasters 2 in. high, 5¹⁄₂ in. wide
With chipping and flaked losses to the decoration, revealing bare wood. With some scattered nicks and scratches, and some dents. With rubbing to the gilding, all consistent with age and use.
