The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall very good condition and ready to place. The ormolu with some minor surface scratches, very minor tarnish and rubbing. Possible areas of re-gilt. The right bird loose and his garland not connected to his mouth. The clock face with minor losses, particularly to "jewelling" on the face and chapters. The clock movements in overall good condition.
