The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Overall good condition and ready to place. Minor surface dust throughout; the ormolu with some minor surface scratches, tarnish and verdigris, consistent with age and use. The porcelain in good condition with small scratches and some losses to 'jewelling' throughout.

The clock: The vase-shaped top loose. The clock face with a small loss at upper center and rubbing to decoration. The right most porcelain panel loose and the lower horizontal panel loose. The clock door lacking latch to secure shut and with glass off, but retained for reattachment. The clock movements in good condition and retained.

The candelabra: The ormolu to candelabra waxy, particularly on the arms, but to be expected with age and use. One with two loose arms, the other with one loose. One candelabra leaning due to slight bend.
