The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Present very well and in generally good condition; some light surface wear and small scratches; light wear to the gilding, mainly at the vase mouth rims and base footrims. The reverse of vase with man holding a rifle with a firing crack (in the making) to the rim that extends into a fine hairline (approx. 4¹⁄₂ in.) to the left of central oval flower panel. The vase with man holding the horn with a few small flat chips to the edge of the inner flange of the vase, not visible when the vase is placed in its stand. The stands with a few tiny nicks to the footrims, one with a flat chip to the underside of the footrim (barely visible when resting).
