The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Good overall condition.
With inevtiable marks, scratches and shrinkage consistent with age and use.
Some minor wear to the edges of the drawers, consistent with age and use.
Minor crack to cavetto cornice, with some associated infill repair.
Some minor shrinkage cracks to the right side, consistent with age and use.
The top of the left side with some scratches and marks.
The cedar drawer linings to the base with some small plugged repairs.
Repairs to drawer rails.
