The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
In good overall condition. Some intrinsic imperfections in the making, including some divots and minor bubbles at the bodies and some instances of imprecise application of the printed decoration. Some scratches, wear, crazing and occasional flakes or minute chips throughout, consistent with age and handling.

Two tureens, covers and stands-- 137⁄8 in. (35.2 cm.) long, the tureens; 151⁄4 in. (38.7 cm.), the stands; one cover with a large chip (approx. 5 in. long) to its flange, not visible when the cover is placed on the body of the tureen; one stand with a hairline (approx. 21⁄4 in. long) just to the right of the 6 o'clock position and some crazing at the border, very faintly stained in a few areas
Three vegetable dishes and two covers-- 131⁄8 in. (33.3 cm.) long, the stands; one cover previously in several large pieces and repaired
Three sauce tureens, three covers and two stands-- 73⁄4 in. (19.7 cm.) long, the tureens; 81⁄2 in. (21.6 cm.) long, the stands; one with a short vertical hairline (approx. 3⁄8 in. long) at the rim
Forty-four dinner plates-- 101⁄4 in. (26 cm.) diameter; five plates with crazing at both sides, some areas of the crazing lightly stained, one of these also with a hairline crack (approx. 2 in.) from the rim around 1 o'clock, another with a hairline (approx. 3 in. long) from the rim around 1:30; one plate with a small shallow chip to its rim; another with a small shallow chip to the underside rim
Seventeen soup plates-- 103⁄8 in. (26.4 cm.) diameter; one with a small chip to its footrim; another with two large (each approx. 3⁄4 in. long) chips its rim at the 8 o'clock and 10:30 positions; another with a section of its rim broken off and in two sections
A larger well-and-tree platter-- 203⁄8 in. (51.8 cm.) long; a hairline crack over the footrim and extending a bit to each side of the footrim (approx. 2 in. total) under the 6:30 position, not visible from the front
A smaller well-and-tree platter-- 183⁄8 in. (46.7 cm.) long; a shallow chip (approx. 1⁄2 in. long) under the rim at the 8 o'clock position
Six shaped oval platters in five sizes-- 201⁄2 in. (52 cm.) long, the largest; 12 in. (30.5 cm.), the smallest; a chip (approx. 3⁄4 in. long) to the 7 o'clock position of one of the two platters of third-largest size
