The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

All works are framed, and were inspected outside the frame.

Doraemon: For the cel, there are signs of peeling glue marks along the left and bottom edges, which does not affect the appreciation of the artwork. For the background, there are two puncture holes on the upper right quadrant, part of the original creation. It is in our opinion that the work is in overall good condition.

Doraemon (5 People in Confinement): On the five figures, there are moderate signs of the black cel outline fading. On the background, there is a slight paper loss mark in the middle of the work. On the upper left quadrant, a minor mould spot has been cleaned and removed. There are minor dirt stain marks present throughout the work. It is in our opinion that the work is in fair condition.

Doraemon – Diagram 1: All three prints have negligible signs of foxing. At the upper left corner of each print, there are two pin holes, presumably from the staples used by the studio. On the middle print, there is a minor crease line on the lower right corner and dirt smudges on the upper right and lower left corners. On the upper left corner there are two negligible red marks. On the bottom print, towards the lower edge, there is a minor yellow dirt mark (approx. 3mm). It is in our opinion that this work is in overall good condition.

Doraemon – Diagram 2: There are two negligible pin-sized holes at the upper left corner of each print, presumably from the staples used by the studio. On the upper left frame, a 1 cm tear can be found on the right edge in the middle. On the upper right frame, there is a minor puncture on the upper left corner. It is in our opinion that this work is in overall good condition.
