The work was inspected without a frame. Slight undulation of the cel which is consistent with the material and age of the work, and does not affect the appreciation of the artwork. Minute cracks along the edges due to aging of the paint. Few pinpoint surface dust scattered, mainly on the right part of the cel. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in generally good condition.

Pikachu Sketch:
The work was inspected without a frame. There are minute rubbing marks and coloured pencil marks which are in line with studio’s production procedure. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in generally good condition.

Running Pikachu Cels:
The work was inspected without a frame. The Pikachu shows slight signs of fading on the black outline. Two pinpoint dust marks on the cel. The two cels are fixed together due to the adhesive property of the paint. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in generally good condition.

Running Pikachu Sketch:
The work was inspected without a frame. There are minute rubbing marks, finger print and coloured pencil marks which are in line with studio’s production procedure. Otherwise, it is in our opinion that the work is in generally good condition.
