The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

In addition to the catalogue description:
- the full sheet.
- the screenprinted surface in very good condition, with no apparent scuffs.
- the numbering in pencil very slightly smudged.
- very minor cockling marks in the right and left margins, consistent with the sheet having previously been rolled (only visible in a raking light).
- hinged with paper tape at the upper sheet edge verso.
- remains of old tape at the lower sheet edge verso.
