The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.
Overall very good condition. Typical of most works from Chandigarh, the bench dispays stabilization to joinery and small repairs as needed. Wood surfaces have been cleaned and waxed, preserving old wear including indentations, gouges and patina from use.
