The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

We have sought to record changes in the condition of this piece acquired after its initial manufacture.
- In overall good condition, apart from some minor repairs on the door panels.
- The doors open to reveal 4 drawers and a removeable tray of later replacement, the linings are contructed in softwood.
- Metal works are later replacements as can be expected.

-This item is made of a type of Dalbergia wood which is subject to CITES export/import restrictions since 2 January 2017. This item can only be shipped to addresses within Hong Kong or collected from our Hong Kong saleroom and office unless a CITES re-export permit is granted.
