The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

Watercolour, gouache, pencil and coloured pencil on paper. Examined out of the frame. The sheet is presented within a window mount and secured to a supporting non acidic board at the reverse edges. The sheet is uneven, consistent with the artist's working method. There are artist's pinholes in each corner and to the left and upper extreme edges. Subject to the above the work appears to be in very good overall condition.
