The condition of lots can vary widely and the nature of the lots sold means that they are unlikely to be in a perfect condition. Lots are sold in the condition they are in at the time of sale.

The surface is stable the canvas has been glue relined. There is frame abrasion on the extreme left edge and extreme lower right corner. Under UV light inspection, there are areas of retouching along the upper edge. There are lines of retouching throughout to address paint separation and other small touches. There is retouching in the central hill below the tree to address a subsequent C shaped repair about three inches on each side. There is an approximately one inch by three inch area of inpainting subsequent to a repair in the sky above the center tree.
