On publishing the Romance of Leonardo da Vinci. Merezhkovsky informs Guerney that his book Voskrestchie Bogi. Leonardo da Vinci (Romance of Leonardo da Vinci) has been published in Germany, and asks him to find a new publisher for it in the US. He wonders if Guerney has received any money from the Modern Library publishing house.

Bernard G. Guerney (born Bernard Abramovich Bronstein, 1894-1979) was a Russian-born writer, translator, publisher and bookseller. The principal repository of his papers is the Special Collections Library, Pennsylvania State University, ref. 2347.
