Tasting Note:
High toned, expressive nose, quite punchy and touch spirity before revealing softer fudge and richer aromas. Nice complexity and depth. Strong character. Tickles your nose a bit. Fairly sweet attack of taste, mouth filling flowing out with luscious texture and pleasant mouthfeel. On the after taste pretty rich red fruits with a slight tannic byte. Very attractive appearance of taste while the nose is stricter and pungent. Strong wine of distinctive Bastardo character. Fresh bright acidity on the long lingering finish appearing from the lovely fruits. I just love the unique style of this Bastardo. – E.V.
